Christmas Caroling at Stanford Children's Hospital

A small group of festive volunteers were able to share a song or two with the patients, nurses, and staff at Stanford's Children's Hospital. The staff wase glad to have us since there have been no other carolers at the hospital this year. Though we did not have enough time before the event to rehearse, we did sing well enough to earn a complement or two, and coax a smile or two from some of the children! It was heartwarming to share the spirit of the holidays with some of the people that need it!
Our only regret was that after assembling the group we didn't have more places to go for caroling. There are several other Children's Hospitals in the Bay Area. Stay tuned for a more ambitious caroling program next year!
